Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Apptalic Lab Ltd., a company registered in Nigeria, for using the Soma app and website. By using Soma, or by creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Soma.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

You must be 16 or older to use Soma. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to these terms, you must meet that age or have a parent or guardian agree for you.

Soma helps you track and understand your cycle. Predictions, insights and Soma AI replies are estimates and general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment, and Soma is not a medical device.

Don't use Soma as contraception or to plan or prevent pregnancy. Talk to a healthcare provider about any health concern, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services.

You don't need an account to use Soma. If you create one, keep access to your sign-in method secure and tell us at support@somacircle.online if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Some features need Soma Premium. Prices and what's included are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and their payment terms also apply.

• New subscribers may be offered a free trial, shown in the app before you start it. Each Apple or Google account can have one trial. When the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. During a trial, Soma AI has a lower daily limit, also shown in the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Soma account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under local law.
• If we change a subscription price, the store will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel.

Soma AI has a fair daily limit, shown in the app, and may be paused for everyone during maintenance or an outage.

Please don't:

• get around Premium, purchase checks, usage limits or other security measures, or use a modified version of the app to do so;
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload our servers, except where the law allows it;
• use sharing to see someone's data without their agreement, or use Soma to harass or harm anyone;
• try to make Soma AI produce harmful content or ignore its safety rules.

If you break these terms, we may limit or end your access to cloud features or Premium. Where we can, we'll tell you why first. The data on your phone stays yours.

What you log in Soma belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store, sync and process it to provide the features you turn on, as described in the Privacy policy. Feedback you send us may be used to improve Soma without any obligation to you.

Soma, its design and its content belong to Apptalic Lab Ltd.. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. We may update, change or stop features; if we stop something you've paid for, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data.

We work hard to keep Soma accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that predictions will be correct or that the service will never be interrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.

These terms are between you and Apptalic Lab Ltd., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Soma or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If Soma fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If you live in the EU, the UK or another country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those protections still apply, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email.

We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Soma after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using Soma and delete your account.
